The role emphasizes governance, profitability, and market competitiveness, with responsibility for PARs, new product launches, and price realization. Strong communication and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field.
• Strong pricing methodologies, value-based pricing, and profitability focus.
• Experience with pricing governance and deal economics.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets and present insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities and develop strategies to drive profitable growth.
• Lead price analyses for adjustments and new product launches with Finance.
• Analyze price performance and customer economics to guide decisions.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses.
• Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Advise on opportunities for national accounts and PARs.
• Improve pricing processes and data governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to balance value and competitiveness.
