Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our team in Winston-Salem/Charlotte. You will serve as the numbers-driven architect behind commercial proposals, building, maintaining, and refining pricing modules to ensure competitive bids.

You will dissect contracts into core cost drivers (labor, equipment, supplies), standardize pricing across the geographic footprint, and collaborate with Sales and Accounting to protect margins while supporting growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pricing facility services (Janitorial, Landscaping, or Building Maintenance).
• Advanced Excel mastery with complex formulas and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical mindset with understanding of labor and supply cost impacts.
• Ability to balance Sales and Accounting objectives for margins.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute pricing modules for commercial proposals.
• Price service lines across Janitorial, Landscape, and Maintenance to standardize across divisions.
• Deconstruct contracts into cost components (labor, equipment, supplies) for profitability.
• Conduct market benchmarking to stay competitive while protecting margins.
• Translate financial data into dashboards (Tableau) for leadership.
• Collaborate with BDMs and Operations to evaluate bids and renewals within ERP.
