Bradley Professional is currently seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst for our client located in Charlotte, NC.
The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a key role in supporting pricing strategy, analytics, and commercial decision-making across the organization. This position will lead pricing analysis, performance reporting, and business support while contributing to broader initiatives including business case modeling, deal analysis, customer and supplier insights, and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze pricing across customers, suppliers, products, and business segments to identify opportunities for growth, improved price realization, and margin expansion.
- Support the development and execution of pricing strategies, price lists, and pricing methodologies.
- Monitor pricing and margin performance and identify key drivers, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to improve pricing and commercial performance.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc pricing, margin, and discount reports for business and executive leadership.
- Provide customer, supplier, sales, and market analysis to support deal evaluation and commercial decisions.
- Build business cases and analytical models to support pricing initiatives and strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytical tools using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and internal systems.
- Support data initiatives designed to improve pricing visibility, reporting accuracy, and analytical capabilities.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, summaries, and recommendations.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams on pricing and commercial initiatives.
- Provide guidance and analytical support to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, finance, business intelligence, sales operations, consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Previous pricing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with complex datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to leadership.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pricing strategy, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or decision-support functions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as P21, SAP, Business Central, or NetSuite.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
- Experience mentoring or providing guidance to junior analysts.
- Experience within a multi-brand, distribution, industrial, or manufacturing environment is a plus
