Job summary

Bradley Professional is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst for our client in Charlotte, NC. The role will lead pricing analytics, strategy, and commercial decision-making across the organization.

You will build data-driven recommendations to improve pricing, margins, and business performance, delivering reports and executive summaries using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and internal systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of pricing analytics or related analytical role.
• Experience in pricing, analytics, finance, BI, sales operations, consulting, or related analytics.
• Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing across customers, suppliers, products, and segments to identify opportunities for growth and margin expansion.
• Support development and execution of pricing strategies, price lists, and methodologies.
• Monitor pricing and margin performance; identify drivers and areas for improvement.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve pricing and commercial performance.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc pricing, margin, and discount reports for leadership.
• Provide customer, supplier, sales, and market analysis to support deal evaluation and decisions.
• Build business cases and analytical models to support pricing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reporting/tools using Excel, SQL, Power BI and internal systems.
• Support data initiatives to improve pricing visibility and reporting accuracy.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, summaries, and recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams on pricing initiatives.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts as needed.
