Job summary

Veregy is a leading decarbonization company delivering energy transition solutions in the United States. Veregy seeks a Preconstruction Project Manager to lead the handoff from Development to Operations, coordinating due diligence, engineering readiness, permitting, and client coordination.

The role drives the 30% design to construction-ready package, aligning scope, budget, and schedule across Development, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in preconstruction, design development, and project turnover to operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including Development, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning from 30% design through construction-ready design and turnover to Operations.
• Coordinate due diligence, site investigations, surveys, and supporting documentation.
• Manage preconstruction meetings, agendas, and action-item logs with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor budgets, schedule, constructability, and client commitments; escalate risks as needed.
• Coordinate external engineering/architectural firms and ensure timely information flow.
