Qualifications

• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning from 30% design through design-ready turnover.
• Coordinate due diligence, site investigations, and external engineering.
• Manage preconstruction meetings, agendas, and action-item logs.
• Monitor budgets, scope, schedule, and client commitments throughout preconstruction.
• Engage Operations early to ensure smooth turnover to construction.
