The Project Manager II - Enterprise will oversee multiple energy projects, manage subcontractors, maintain schedules and budgets, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Commercial construction experience required.
- 5-8 years of project management experience in energy, mechanical/electrical, or design-build construction preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee energy performance and design-build projects from award to closeout.
- Solicit, review, and level subcontractor pricing and proposals during development.
- Prepare detailed project schedules and 3- to 6-week look-aheads and resource plans.
- Lead meetings with subcontractors and customers to track action items and deliverables.
- Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoices for scope and schedule compliance.
- Present monthly status reports including budget, costs, and variance analysis.
