Job summary

Veregy is a leading decarbonization company delivering turnkey energy efficiency and infrastructure upgrades. The Preconstruction Project Manager will drive the early design and planning phase, align Development with Operations, and ensure readiness for construction.

This role requires coordinating due diligence, external engineering, permitting, and client requirements across multiple projects while maintaining schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business or related field preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in preconstruction, project management, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, utilities, and permitting authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preconstruction process from 30% design through construction-ready design and turnover to Operations.
• Coordinate due diligence, external engineering, permitting, design reviews, and procurement considerations.
• Manage multiple projects, maintain scope, budget, schedule, constructability, and client commitments.
