Job summary

Veregy is seeking a Preconstruction Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead the transition from 30% design through construction-ready design and turnover to Operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Five+ years of experience in preconstruction, project management, engineering coordination, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineering consultants, contractors, utilities, permitting authorities, and other external stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring preconstruction meetings with Development, Sales, external Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the preconstruction schedule from 30% turnover through construction-ready design and turnover to Operations.
• Coordinate due diligence, permitting, design reviews, procurement considerations, and client requirements to ensure construction-readiness.
• Manage external engineering, consultants, and interfaces; track progress, costs, and schedule.
• Ensure proper turnover to Operations with complete documentation and risk assessment.
