Job summary

Veregy is an award-winning NAESCO-accredited decarbonization company accelerating the energy transition. The Preconstruction Project Manager will oversee projects from 30% design turnover through construction-ready design and turnover to Operations, coordinating due diligence, permitting, and design reviews.

This role serves as the critical link between Development, Sales, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, constructability, safety, and client commitments are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in preconstruction, project management, or related field.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and clients required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees projects from 30% design turnover through construction-ready design and turnover to Operations.
• Coordinates due diligence, permitting, design reviews, and design criteria with Development, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
• Leads preconstruction planning, schedule development, and risk management across multiple projects.
