Job summary

Veregy is seeking a skilled Preconstruction Project Manager in Denver, CO to guide projects from turnover at 30% design through construction-ready design and turnover to Operations. You will lead the preconstruction process, coordinating due diligence, permitting, design reviews, procurement considerations, and stakeholders to ensure projects are prepared for construction.

As the primary link between Development and Operations, you will help maintain project scope, budget, schedule,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
Five+ years of preconstruction, project management, or related experience.
Commercial solar experience required.
Experience coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead preconstruction process from 30% design through construction-ready design and turnover.
Coordinate due diligence, permitting, design reviews, and procurement considerations.
Manage external engineering and ensure timely deliverables.
Maintain project budgets, schedules, and client commitments.
Serve as primary liaison between Development and Operations.
