The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent with day-to-day
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or 2+ years of related experience.
- Three (3) or more years construction experience required.
- Ability to manage time and workload and work under deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager and Site Superintendent with day-to-day project safety, quality, schedule, and cost controls.
- Assist with budgets, scopes of work, and input into project management systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
- Communicate project plans, status, and open issues to all stakeholders.
- Assist with initial budgets and required project documentation.
