Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Business Process Lead for the PPM workstream within the Finance organization. You will own process capability, translate SME input into measurable requirements, and partner with IT to deliver ERP-enabled capabilities.

You will drive discovery, set acceptance criteria, and support quarterly Oracle releases with a focus on process readiness and controls, collaborating across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; five+ years with Oracle PPM/ERP preferred.
• Advanced Excel and BI reporting experience with strong data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPM workstream as Finance SME; align requirements with process owners.
• Define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and UAT with finance teams.
• Ensure compliance, controls, and reporting needs are embedded.
