Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to own Finance-led process improvements for Oracle ERP-PPM. You will define and prioritize capabilities, translate SME input into requirements, and ensure readiness for quarterly releases. You will collaborate with IT ERP Product & Delivery, Audit, Tax and Finance to embed controls and reporting across PPM.

This role excludes production support. The position focuses on Project Control, Costing, Billing, Contracts, Performance, and Resource

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; 5+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP-PPM or Oracle EBS – Projects
• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience in a professional services firm is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as Financial Systems SME and PPM business process lead across implementation workstreams
• Partner with business SMEs to validate process intent and enable adoption of changes
• Draft business requirements and acceptance criteria with controls/audit needs
• Lead discovery with Finance/Operations to capture needs and outcomes
• Oversee ServiceNow intake for PPM items and ensure traceability to Azure DevOps
• Coordinate quarterly Oracle release readiness and business readiness sign-offs
• Advocate for standardized reporting and control automation
