Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to drive finance-led process ownership for Oracle ERP-enabled PPM capabilities. You will define and prioritize capabilities, translate business needs into requirements, and ensure readiness for quarterly releases.

You’ll collaborate with IT ERP teams, drive ServiceNow to Azure DevOps traceability, and support controls, reporting, and training across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; 5+ years with Oracle Cloud ERP-PPM and/or Oracle EBS – Projects.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in related field; alternative is 9+ years in lieu of degree.
• Proficient in Oracle ERP platforms and BI reporting tools; strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Financial Systems SME and business process lead for the PPM workstream.
• Partner with business SMEs to validate process intent and ensure changes are adopted.
• Translate SME input into clear outcomes, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain knowledge of current-state/target-state PPM processes and controls.
• Develop and maintain BPMN process maps and test scenarios/UAT.
