Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to drive Finance-led process ownership for Oracle ERP-enabled PPM capabilities. You will define and prioritize capabilities, translate business requirements into acceptance criteria, and partner with IT ERP teams to ensure compliance, testing, and readiness for quarterly releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years' ERP-PPM or Oracle Projects experience.
• Experience in professional services is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPM workstream SME and validation of process intent.
• Define target-state capabilities and success metrics.
• Draft business requirements and acceptance criteria with controls.
• Oversee ServiceNow intake and backlog governance.
