Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to own and standardize Oracle ERP-enabled PPM capabilities. You will lead business outcomes, validate requirements, and ensure readiness for quarterly releases in collaboration with IT ERP Delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP-PPM and/or Oracle EBS – Projects is required; 9+ years with HS diploma acceptable.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the PPM Workstream SME, partnering with business process owners and SMEs.
• Translate SME input into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
• Define target-state capabilities and measurable success metrics for PPM.
• Drive discovery with Finance/Operations, draft requirements and drafting FDD/TDD alignment.
• Oversee ServiceNow to Azure DevOps item linkage and backlog governance.
