Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to drive finance-led business process ownership for Oracle ERP-enabled PPM capabilities. You will partner with IT ERP Product & Delivery to align business needs with technical delivery, while ensuring readiness for quarterly releases and compliance considerations.

The role focuses on project costing, billing, contracts, performance, resource management, and related PPM areas, collaborating with audits and internal controls to embed robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP-PPM and/or Oracle EBS – Projects
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; Master’s degree preferred
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud ERP (PPM) and/or Oracle EBS; BI reporting tools and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Financial Systems SME and business process lead for the PPM workstream
• Partners with business process owners to validate process intent and ensure changes are adopted
• Translates SME input into clear outcomes, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Maintains knowledge of current-state/target-state PPM processes and controls
• Develops and maintains BPMN process maps
• Develops and executes test scenarios/UAT
• Contributes to training materials and SOPs
