Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Business Process Lead for the PPM workstream. The role partners with Finance, Advisory, and IT to drive Oracle ERP-PPM capabilities and quarterly releases, ensuring business requirements and controls are aligned with compliance needs.

The candidate will own requirements intent, acceptance criteria, testing, and readiness, while avoiding active production support. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of ERP/PPM experience required or 9+ years with equivalent education.
• Experience in a professional services firm such as accounting/financial services or advisory.
• Proficiency with Oracle Cloud ERP (PPM) and/or Oracle EBS (Projects); advanced Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPM workstream as the Finance SME and business process owner.
• Translate business input into clearly defined outcomes, acceptance criteria, and controls.
• Define target-state capabilities and measurable success metrics for PPM.
