Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Business Process Lead for the PPM workstream to standardize processes and prioritize Oracle ERP-enabled capabilities. You will collaborate with Finance, Advisory, Assurance and Tax teams to ensure requirements and testing reflect real business needs, while avoiding excessive SME disruption.

You will lead discovery, capture business needs, draft acceptance criteria, and partner with IT ERP to finalize designs and traceability for quarterly Oracle releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP-PPM and/or Oracle EBS – Projects.
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud ERP-PPM and/or Oracle EBS – Projects; strong BI reporting knowledge preferred.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills essential for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Financial Systems SME and business process lead for the PPM workstream.
• Validate process intent and ensure changes are adopted effectively.
• Draft business requirements intent and acceptance criteria with controls/audit evidence needs.
