BDO USA is seeking a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to drive finance-led process ownership for Oracle ERP-enabled PPM capabilities. You will align with IT ERP teams, define and prioritize requirements, and ensure readiness for quarterly releases across PPM domains, including cost, billing, contracts, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years with Oracle Cloud ERP-PPM or Oracle EBS—Projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
• Experience in professional services or similar industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Financial Systems SME and business process lead for the PPM workstream.
• Partners with business process owners to validate feasibility and adoption.
• Translates SME input into clear outcomes, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintains knowledge of current-state/target-state PPM processes and controls.
