Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to drive Finance-led process standardization and ERP-enabled capabilities for Oracle PPM. You will partner with IT ERP Delivery to align business outcomes with technical roadmaps and ensure readiness for quarterly releases.

As the PPM SME, you will own requirements, acceptance criteria, tests, and controls, while embedding compliance with Internal Audit. You will collaborate with Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Finance to reflect real needs and

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
High School Diploma with 9+ years ERP experience qualifies for senior track.

Responsibilities

Leads PPM workstream as Finance SME, aligning with the business process owners.
Translates SME input into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing plans.
Defines target-state business capabilities for PPM applications and measures success metrics.
Manages ServiceNow to Azure DevOps demand intake and backlog governance.
Coordinates quarterly Oracle releases, including validation and training readiness.
Ensures controls, compliance, and reporting readiness in collaboration with Internal Audit and Finance.
