Job summary

The role shapes early design decisions for sophisticated power monitoring and control environments, reframing customer problems with a credible point of view beyond a product catalog.

The role reports to the Director of Strategic Accounts & Segments and works with the Digital Power Strategic Accounts commercial team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering discipline preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for multi-system power monitoring and control environments.
• Engage with infrastructure and technology leadership to understand strategic objectives and shape solution approaches upstream of procurement.
• Develop proposals, system overviews, scope documentation, and commercial-ready solution packages with account executives and engineering resources.
• Navigate ambiguous solutioning scenarios where customer requirements are still forming, providing a credible point of view.
• Collaborate across Schneider Electric’s business units to bring the right internal expertise at the right stage of each engagement.
