Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Solution Architect to drive design decisions for power monitoring and control environments within the Digital Power organization in the United States. This national role requires travel and a credible, consultative approach with strategic accounts to reframe problems before solutions are defined.

You’ll shape conversations with facilities, infrastructure leadership, and compliance stakeholders, while delivering multi-system solutions across mission-critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; engineering discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in electrical/power domains.
• Demonstrated ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at senior levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for multi-system power monitoring and control in mission-critical facilities.
• Engage with customer infrastructure and technology leadership to understand strategic objectives and shape upstream solution approaches.
• Develop proposals, system overviews, scope documents, and commercial-ready solution packages with account executives and engineering resources.
• Navigate ambiguous solutioning scenarios and bring a credible point of view before a defined spec.
• Coordinate with Schneider Electric’s internal teams to bring the right expertise at the right stage of each engagement.
• Stay aware of infrastructure trends and evolving customer priorities to inform conversations.
