Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Solution Architect to shape early design decisions for sophisticated power monitoring and control environments in the United States. The role partners with Digital Power and Strategic Accounts teams to drive credible technical perspectives and integrated solutions across segments, with substantial travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; five years of relevant electrical/infra experience preferred and/or demonstrated field expertise.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% nationally.
• Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at senior levels.
• Experience or exposure to mission-critical, highly regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for multi-system power monitoring and control environments across mission-critical facilities.
• Engage infrastructure and technology leadership to align with strategic objectives.
• Develop proposals, system overviews, scope docs, and commercial-ready solution packages with account teams.
• Navigate ambiguous requirements, providing structure and credible viewpoints.
• Serve as a cross-unit resource, coordinating internal experts at the right stage.
• Stay informed on market trends and evolving customer priorities to inform discussions.
