Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in power system architecture.
• Experience with electrical power-distribution OEMs.
• Expertise in UL, IEEE standards and industry practices.
• Data-center and colocation power-distribution experience, including high-availability architectures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Power equipment sales or commercial collaboration.
• Innovation leadership and vendor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Support: collaborate with Sales nationwide to provide technical input on proposals.
• System Architecture & Design: develop scalable, standards-compliant power architectures.
• Product & Technology Collaboration: evaluate components and propose design optimizations.
• Cross-Functional Engagement: work with electrical, mechanical, and thermal teams.
• Thought Leadership & Enablement: represent IEM at events and mentor teams.
• Strategic Impact: influence strategies and advocate for technology integration.
