Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and 8+ years of strategy or consulting experience.
• Strong critical-thinking with the ability to break down complex problems and justify recommendations with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to develop solution and enablement strategies.
• Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional plans and analyze outcomes.
• Identify opportunities and maintain solutions, tools and reporting to drive performance.
• Lead development of recommendations to address strategic needs and present to leaders.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to support rationale and measures.
• Lead cross-functional teams to clarify execution tactics and plans for goals.
• Facilitate and drive project meetings with senior leaders and SMEs.
• Mentor teammates and ensure governance over solution lifecycle.
