Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior strategist within the Enterprise Control and Change Office to formulate, develop and drive strategic initiatives and operating routines. You will translate strategy into business capabilities, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor teammates.

Office-centric role requiring presence in one of several regional offices including Raleigh, NC. The role emphasizes governance, data-driven insights, and collaboration with senior leaders to achieve enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years in strategy or business consulting
• Ability to break down complex problems and provide data-driven recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop strategies and enablement plans
• Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional solution plans
• Identify opportunities and develop solutions, tools and reporting
• Lead development of recommendations to address strategic needs
• Mentor and guide less experienced teammates
• Drive governance over solution lifecycle and adoption
