Job summary

Truist Wealth in Atlanta seeks a Transformation Manager to lead multiple projects or a program for key strategic initiatives, reporting to a Senior Transformation Manager or Strategic Initiatives Director. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects and ensure alignment with Wealth’s business and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent education
• Seven years of experience in financial services or consulting
• Track record of successfully managing medium to large projects or programs
• Proficiency in communicating effectively, with cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, planning, business readiness, and execution of projects/programs within Wealth’s key initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project management and communications
• Engage with Risk partners to ensure oversight and mitigation
• Collaborate with Wealth LOBs and partners to prioritize and plan initiatives
• Promote a cohesive culture aligned with Truist’s purpose, mission and values
