Job summary

Truist seeks an experienced Enterprise Strategy and Change professional to develop and drive strategic initiatives for the Enterprise Control and Change Office. You will translate strategy into actionable capabilities, collaborate across units, and lead initiatives with senior stakeholders.

The role may manage a team and requires strong critical thinking and communication skills, plus experience with governance over solution development cycles. Office-centric in multiple NC/GA locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent education and related training, with 8+ years of progressively responsible experience.
• Strong critical-thinking skills with ability to break down complex problems and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to develop solution and enablement strategies.
• Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional execution plans.
• Identify opportunities and maintain tools and reporting to accelerate performance.
• Lead development of recommendations to address strategic business needs.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to support rationale and measure results.
• Lead cross-functional teams to clarify execution tactics and plans.
