Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent; 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategy/consulting.
• Strong critical-thinking; ability to break down problems and build actionable recommendations with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across organizational levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Partner with line of business and business unit leaders to develop business strategy.
• Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional execution plans and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to accelerate performance against strategic goals.
• Lead development of recommendations to address strategic business needs.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to support rationale and measure results.
• Lead cross-functional teams to clarify execution tactics and plans.
• Facilitate and drive project meetings with senior leaders, partners, and SMEs.
• Mentor less tenured teammates and develop staff.
• Develop and drive standardized templates, processes, and approaches for meetings, overviews, headcount tracking, and HR initiatives.
• Support a culture of collaboration and transparent communication.
