Job summary

Truist seeks an executive leader to provide governance and strategic leadership for cross-functional initiatives within the Technology & Contact Center (TCC) organization. You will guide programs, ensure alignment with business objectives, and partner with enterprise stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Experience.

A key priority is leading organizational change management for TCC's AI transformation under the TNE program, developing executive communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 12+ years in consulting, PM or process improvement.
• Advanced understanding of project management frameworks and large-scale initiatives.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project portfolios, including intake, planning, readiness and execution.
• Lead teams to deliver project management, business analysis, readiness and communications.
• Engage Risk partners to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Prepare project materials and ensure traceability of documentation.
• Develop executive presentations and change management deliverables.
