Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks an executive leader to drive governance and strategic leadership across a portfolio of high-visibility initiatives for the Technology & Contact Center (TCC). The role guides programs aligned to business objectives and partners with enterprise stakeholders for successful delivery and change management in AI transformation efforts.

Working with executive leadership, McKinsey, and technology teams, you will develop executive presentations and change management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training.
• 12+ years of experience in consulting, project management or related roles.
• Expert understanding of project management framework and large-scale initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business and technology organizations and policies.
• Advanced view of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of banking/investment platforms and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health of multiple project portfolios: intake, planning, readiness, execution.
• Lead internal and external teams to deliver PM, BA, readiness, and communications.
• Coordinate with Risk partners to align with enterprise standards.
• Prepare project materials ensuring traceability and governance.
• Assist with prioritization and planning across portfolios.
• Build relationships with leaders to secure buy-in for delivery plans.
• Provide portfolio dashboards and executive summaries for leaders.
• Attract and develop top talent to align with Truist values.
