The role requires extensive experience in sales, proposals, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term partnerships. On-site in the United States, with potential travel to key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Power Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong track record of developing new business and winning proposals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate prospective new work within Power Management markets.
• Lead strategy development and coordination of proposals to win new business.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners.
