Integrated Power Services, LLC seeks a Business Development Manager for the Power Management Division. This full-time, exempt role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and recommending new work within Power Management, developing strategy, and leading proposals and negotiations with customers.

The role emphasizes building strong customer and partner relationships, coordinating with functional teams, and driving market development to meet business unit objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 15 years of relevant work experience in the Power Management industry.
• At least 8 years of direct Power Management sales experience.
• Knowledge of commercial Power Management markets, competitors and pricing strategies.
• Technical knowledge of issues at customer sites and ability to discuss company capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulates strategies to approach and develop targets and market segments.
• Leads proposal preparation, pricing reviews, and negotiations with customers.
• Develops and coordinates strategy; ensures objectives are met for the Power Management unit.
• Maintains customer relationships and builds strategic teaming partner relationships.
• Oversees research of current and future strategic markets and identifies new services.
