Job summary

Strategy Engineering & Consulting, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling turnkey equipment supply and turnkey design-build project solutions into power generation, industrial energy, and electrical infrastructure markets.

This is a commercial, relationship-driven role rather than an engineering or technical services position; working knowledge of the technical landscape is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of BD or sales in power, electrical infrastructure, or industrial energy.
• Established relationships with decision-makers in target markets.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Own target accounts across hyperscale, data centers, IPPs, utilities.
• Develop pipeline to meet revenue targets and forecast accurately.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract execution.
• Collaborate with PM and engineering for proposals and strategy.
