Qualifications

• 8+ years of business development or sales experience selling capital equipment, engineered systems, or project-based delivery into power generation, electrical infrastructure, or industrial energy markets.
• Established, active relationships with decision makers in power generation development, hyperscale/data center, industrial/manufacturing, or midstream gas markets.

Responsibilities

• Market development and pipeline: own target accounts and build a qualified revenue pipeline.
• Client relationship management: expand existing accounts and originate new relationships.
• Pursuit and proposal execution: support pricing, scope, and master service agreement negotiations.
• Reporting and internal coordination: maintain CRM records and provide sales updates.
• Market presence and intelligence: attend events and monitor market dynamics to inform strategy.
