Integrated Power Services, LLC. seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to identify, evaluate, and win new work in the Power Management arena across North America.

You will lead strategy, coordinate proposals, and manage pricing discussions with customers and partners to meet IPS objectives. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years in Power Management sales, strong strategic, relationship-building and leadership skills, and the ability to work autonomously on a busy field sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 15 years of relevant work experience in the Power Management industry.
• At least 8 years of direct Power Management sales experience.
• Knowledge of commercial Power Management markets, competitors, pricing strategies, and trends.
• Strong presentation and proposal skills and experience in managing complex proposals.

Responsabilités

• Develops and coordinates strategy to win new business opportunities in the Power Management market.
• Directs the preparation of proposals and pricing reviews with customers to meet business unit objectives.
• Maintains customer relationships and strategic teaming partner relationships.
• Keeps informed of competitors’ pricing trends and market activity; leads negotiations and deal closures.
