• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required with 3+ years in PM or PMP certification preferred.
• PE license strongly preferred and related project experience in electrical transmission or utility work.
• Proven proposal writing, scope definition, and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and finalize projects within schedule and budget.
• Team & Resource Management: Manage project staff to meet requirements.
• Financial Oversight: Understand budgets and report on financial status.
• Reporting & Documentation: Develop detailed project reports.
• Proposal & Business Development: Create proposals and identify new opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships and control project scope.
