Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• PE license strongly preferred.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or utility project management is required.
• Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time; duration of travel may vary.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to established schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, management plans, and quality plans.
• Manage assigned project staff to ensure project requirements are met.
• Understand project financials and report regularly on financial status to management.
• Support development of detailed project reports and proposals; manage business development efforts.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships and act as single point of contact for assigned projects.
