Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Strategic Portfolio Operations, Senior Analyst to help transform how we plan and govern digital investments across DET pillars.

You will provide frontline tooling support, manage backlogs, and partner with Pillar Portfolio Managers to drive data-driven planning. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project management or business operations, strong knowledge of Airtable/Jira/SDLC, and excellent communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, customer/tooling support, program management, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to build project plans, manage intake, track work through to completion, coordinate across stakeholders, and keep multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with work management or portfolio tools such as Airtable, Linear, Jira, or similar.
• Working knowledge of product/software development lifecycle (PDLC/SDLC) practices and how work flows from intake through planning, delivery, and review.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer support for the SPM tool stack (Airtable, Time tracking, Google Apps Script), answering how-to questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Apply project/program management discipline to SPM tooling and process initiatives—from scoping enhancements to rollout plans and tracking from kickoff to delivery.
• Manage and prioritize the SPM tooling support backlog and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support maintenance of user documentation, FAQs, training materials, and process guides to drive adoption and consistency.
• Identify recurring issues and surface opportunities to streamline workflows and improve tooling usability.
