Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded portfolio professional to lead the Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training initiatives. You will connect market insight, financial performance, and learning quality to drive enterprise learning transformations.

You will own the go-to-market, pricing, and portfolio roadmap, partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver measurable value for enterprise clients and accelerate growth across L&D offerings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related commercial role in enterprise learning or B2B learning offerings.
• Experience contributing to or managing revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes, and supporting an offering from insight through launch to growth.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to use evidence to make portfolio and investment recommendations.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market decisions.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for engaging senior enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and strategy: identify high-value opportunities and differentiate Pearson offerings.
• Roadmap and portfolio: maintain portfolio roadmap and define success metrics with learning design teams.
• Commercial and go-to-market: develop pricing, packaging, and business cases; enable sales with ROI stories and client materials.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable customer value.
• Apply AI tools to portfolio work and synthesize market data to inform decisions.
