Job summary

Pearson seeks a commercially minded Portfolio Manager for Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training to shape enterprise learning offerings and drive growth across pricing, P&L, and go-to-market decisions.

You will partner with marketing, sales, and solutioning teams to position these products for enterprise partners and clients, guiding strategy, investment, and learning roadmap with AI-enabled transformation insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or portfolio management or related commercial role.
• Experience with revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes.
• Strong data fluency to base decisions on evidence.
• Experience with customer discovery and translating findings into strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market decisions.
• Ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day commercial performance of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including P&L.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to launch offerings on time and within budget.
• Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap with prioritization for leadership review.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and solutioning to position offerings for enterprise clients.
