Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded portfolio leader to own the Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training offerings. You will manage revenue, pricing, and P&L, develop a differentiated market strategy, and enable sales and delivery teams with compelling narratives and ROI stories.

You will shape the learning roadmap, prioritize high-impact experiences, and coordinate across sales, marketing, delivery, and finance to drive enterprise success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product/portfolio management or related commercial role in enterprise learning, L&D, HR tech, or B2B learning.
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L with end-to-end lifecycle from insight to growth.
• Strong data fluency to inform portfolio and investment decisions.
• Experience with customer discovery and translating findings into strategy and roadmap.
• Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for senior enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including P&L, revenue, margin, forecasting, and budget.
• Develop commercial strategy recommendations and pricing/packaging proposals with finance and sales.
• Lead go-to-market execution: segmentation, personas, launches, enablement, and partner positioning.
• Define learning roadmap and evidence-based prioritization for learning experiences.
• Coordinate across functions to launch offerings on time, on budget, and with quality.
• Apply AI tools in portfolio work for prototyping, hypothesis testing, and synthesis of data.
