Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded portfolio leader to drive the enterprise Learning offerings. You will own P&L for Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, shape pricing and go-to-market strategies, and coordinate across sales, marketing, delivery, and finance to maximize client value.

In this role you’ll apply data-driven insights and AI-enabled transformation to prioritize learning experiences, align platform roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related commercial role in enterprise learning, L&D, HR technology, or B2B learning.
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes and supporting an offering from insight through launch to growth.
• Strong data fluency to make portfolio and investment recommendations.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy, roadmap, and GTM decisions.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day commercial performance and P&L for Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Provide commercial strategy recommendations and pricing/packaging proposals in collaboration with finance and sales.
• Develop GTM execution plans: segmentation, buyer personas, launches, sales enablement, and partner/client positioning.
• Shape the learning roadmap for both offerings, prioritizing experiences with evidence of impact.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure timely, on-budget delivery to enterprise clients.
• Apply AI responsibly to enhance portfolio outcomes and learning experiences.
