Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded portfolio leader to drive the Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training initiatives in Enterprise Learning. You will own the P&L, set pricing and packaging with finance, and lead go-to-market strategies for enterprise clients.

You will partner with product, marketing, and sales to create differentiated offerings, informed by research and customer discovery, and to ensure successful delivery and measurable value for learners and organizations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or related commercial role.
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes.
• Strong data fluency and using evidence for portfolio decisions.
• Experience translating customer discovery into strategy, roadmap, and GTM decisions.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Build insight into enterprise transformation and AI-enabled transformation to identify high-value opportunities.
• Analyze competitors and differentiate Pearson offerings.
• Define vision and strategy for both offerings and align with sales, delivery, and partner teams.
• Define effective learning outcomes and what great performance looks like for learners.
