Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded Portfolio Manager to lead Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training within the Enterprise Content and Training portfolio. You will shape strategy, pricing, and GTM, partnering with marketing, sales, and solutioning teams to position these offerings as enterprise growth drivers.

In this role you will own the portfolio roadmap, drive evidence-based decisions, and apply AI tools to enhance learning outcomes while ensuring client value and market

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or related commercial role.
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate insights into strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance and P&L for Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and GTM plans in collaboration with finance and sales.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure on-time, on-budget launches with measurable value.
