Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded portfolio professional to own the Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training offerings. You’ll drive strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver measurable value for enterprise clients.

You will lead insights from research, define roadmaps, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while leveraging AI to enhance learning outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product/portfolio management or related commercial role in enterprise learning
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes
• Strong data fluency and use of evidence to drive portfolio decisions
• Experience with customer discovery and translating findings into strategy, roadmap, and GTM decisions
• Proven ability to influence enterprise sales and cross-functional partners without direct authority
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior enterprise buyers
• Knowledge of enterprise change management, career mobility, technology skilling, AI-enabled transformation, or workforce development
• Experience with learning design, assessment, or competency frameworks
• Experience with live or cohort-based and digital learning delivery
• Fluency using AI tools to accelerate portfolio work

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including P&L, revenue, margin, forecasting, and budget management
• Develop commercial strategy and pricing/packaging proposals
• Plan go-to-market execution across segmentation, personas, launches, sales enablement, partners and clients
• Define learning roadmap and prioritize experiences based on measurable value
• Maintain portfolio roadmap balancing demand, commercial return, learning quality, and delivery capacity
• Collaborate with product, design, finance, and sales to align platform roadmap with customer needs and enterprise requirements
• Apply AI tools to portfolio work for prototyping, hypothesis testing, and data synthesis
