Pearson is seeking a commercially minded portfolio professional to lead the Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training initiatives. You will connect market insight with financial performance and learning quality, shaping strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution for enterprise clients.

You will work across sales, marketing, delivery, and finance to ensure timely, on-budget launches with measurable learner impact, leveraging AI to accelerate outcomes and improve value.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related commercial role in enterprise learning or B2B learning.
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes and supporting an offering from insight through launch to growth.
• Strong data fluency to justify portfolio and investment decisions.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy and go-to-market decisions.
• Ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior enterprise buyers.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day commercial performance of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including P&L accountability.
• Develop commercial strategy recommendations and pricing/packaging proposals with finance and sales.
• Define go-to-market execution, segmentation, personas, and campaigns with marketing and sales.
• Create a learning roadmap and ensure cross-functional delivery to enterprise clients.
• Coordinate across sales, solutioning, marketing, delivery, finance, technology, and operations.
• Apply AI tools to portfolio work and identify opportunities to enhance learning experiences.
