Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related commercial role in enterprise learning, L&D, HR technology, or B2B learning and subscription offerings
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes and supporting a portfolio from insight through launch to growth
• Strong data fluency with the ability to use evidence to make portfolio and investment recommendations
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market decisions
• Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions without direct authority
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with confidence to engage senior enterprise buyers

• Build current insight into enterprise transformation, career success, technology skilling, and AI-enabled transformation from research and customer discovery
• Analyze competitors and adjacent offerings to sharpen differentiation and strengthen Pearson's market position
• Develop and propose the vision and strategy for both offerings and help sales, delivery, and partner teams understand the direction
• Define what effective learning should look like for employees and help learners understand what great performance looks like
